SYWARE News: Visual CE and mEnable Can Now Directly Access Microsoft Excel Files
At the request of our users, we reexamined the Visual CE synchronizer and mEnable in regards to Microsoft Excel files. As it turns out, by making some changes to our products, we are able to work around some of the quirks in the Excel ODBC driver. Consequently, there are many cases where the Visual CE synchronizer and mEnable can directly access an Excel file. We will roll these into our next release, but we can send these changes to version 11 licenses on request. See this month's Tip of the Month for more details.
SYWARE News: SYWARE Suport Policy Clarification.
Our official support policy is 30-days free tech support and after that we charge on an hourly basis ($100 / hour). In reality, as long as you have the current release, we will answer your questions (within reason). When you contact us for support, please be prepared to let us know where and when you purchased your license so we can check for support eligibility. Thank you for your cooperation.
