The SYWARE Customer Support group also works directly with customers to provide support for installation questions, general questions about the functionality of our software, and technical inquiries.

Customer support is provided free of charge for 30 days after your purchase date, or depending on the product level purchased. After the first thirty days, please feel free to call or email for additional support. Support can be purchased at the rate of $100 per hour, however, the fee is often waived for minor problems or if the problem is caused by a program bug.
